‘REEI Environmental Review 2016’: Through rational analysis, we express our opinions to various environmental problems and propose corresponding policy suggestions. We hope these texts can promote the establishment of an open and effective environmental governance -consultation room, enhance the equal and rational communication and dialogue among the “Consultation participants”, and promote the better development of Chinese environmental governance in improving the quality of environmental decision-making process.
