Coal: Immediate and Long Term Concerns of China's Implementation of Carbon Neutrality Strategy

On June 17, 2021, Erin Pan, project manager of REEI, wrote an article titled "Coal: Immediate and Long Term Concerns of China's Implementation of Carbon Neutrality Strategy". This article examines global coal development and China's carbon neutrality climate goal as the background, and details the difficult process of replacing coal with renewable energy in China and the development of China's overseas coal investment under the "Belt and Road" project, as well as looks at the opportunities of carbon neutrality strategy in investment and policy incentives. This article was reprinted by many media outlets and journals as soon as it was published, including Electric Power Equipment Management, Global Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Network, China Water network, etc.
